Vital Wellness Solutions was founded by Sarit Hovav, M.D., a board-certified psychiatrist who built a multi-state practice from the ground up — credentialed across eight states, contracted with major payers, and fully independent. No hospital system. No partner group. Just the hard work of figuring it out and doing it right.
Dr. Hovav brings a physician's precision and an entrepreneur's instincts to every engagement. She has navigated credentialing battles, won insurance disputes, built operational systems from scratch, and helped other clinicians do the same. She works directly with every client — no handoffs, no junior consultants.
Dr. Hovav practices clinical psychiatry at Lifetime Insight, a telehealth psychiatry practice serving patients across eight states. Lifetime Insight's clinical team also includes Dr. Heather Hauck, M.D., double board-certified in psychiatry and addictions.
